Locally Global Investments (LGI) is a privately held Memphis-based investment firm which manages real estate investments of affiliated/owned entities across the United States. Investments include a wide array of real estate properties such as mixed-use developments, residential developments, commercial properties, sporting and hunting club developments and land investments.

Founded in 2003 by J. Kevin Adams, William B. Benton, Jr., and Edward A. Labry, III, the firm’s goal is to seek investment partners who share the same investment and development philosophies. LGI is further supported by experienced people with verifiable successes in real estate, finance, law, management, marketing and construction. As a result, LGI’s connections to and relationships with prominent and established real estate firms, families and individuals has enabled them to effectively target acquisitions and growth opportunities.
